Refund Policy
- Our tickets are usually non-refundable, however, we are offering a few exceptions due to COVID-19.
- Early bird and general admission tickets are transferable up to 15 days prior to the event. In any case that you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. You will use Eventbrite to transfer your ticket registration. Please note that we will not assist you in finding someone to transfer your ticket to.
- If you have tested positive with COVID between December 1-January 8th and is unable to attend the event, please send us an email with your test results and we will issue you a refund via Eventbrite. Please allow 7-14 business days for Eventbrite to issue a refund. Eventbrite fees are non-refundable so you would only receive a refund for the cost of the ticket.
All Sponsorship and Vendor Packages are non-refundable, with no exception.
- Vendors are allowed to transfer their tickets to another interested vendor up to 15 days prior to the event. Our team will work with all interested vendors and provide an update if any registered vendor needs to cancel.
- In the case that a vendor is unable to transfer their ticket, our team will work with each vendor to ensure that their products/services are still physically showcased at the event!
