FAQ

How long will it take to receive my order?

Shirts are printed and made-to-order. Please allow at least 5 business days for shirts to be printed. Once your order has completed production, please allow at least 3-5 business days for your order to ship. In total, you can expect to receive your order between 10-15 business days. 

If you purchased through Facebook or Instagram, your item will ship within 3 days of placing your order. Please allow at least 5-7 business days to receive your order.

We are NOT responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.

All items ship via USPS. Tracking numbers are sent via email within 24-48 hours after your order has been processed.

Do you offer pick up?

We do not offer pick up on our online ordering system. Pick up is only available during special events.

How is t-shirt sizing?

T-shirts are super-soft 100% cotton and relaxed fit for an effortless style. Please see the size chart for specific details.

 

Coaching/Digital Products

No Refund Policy:
All coaching session/digital products purchases are final. Refunds will not be issued for any reason, including cancellations or no-shows.

Rescheduling Policy:
Clients may reschedule their session by sending an email to kierra@majorkeescollection.com at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Requests made less than 24 hours in advance will not be accommodated, and the session will be considered forfeited.
